After Power On the Vehicle, Alarm 10 or E1 will appear on Dashboard & emits a beep

Solution

Communication failure between dashboard and controller:

Check if the communication cable of the dashboard is damaged or detached, dashboard needs to be replaced
The communication circuit of the dashboard is damaged, replace the dashboard
The communication circuit between the controller and the dashboard is damaged, replace the controller

Error 11 / E2: Controller Overcurrent Protection

Error Detail

After Power On the Vehicle, Alarm 11 or E2 will appear on Dashboard & emits a beep

Solution

Controller current overload protection

Check if the controller has water ingress and replace it
Check if the controller motor wiring harness is damaged and replace the wiring harness
The current sampling circuit of the controller is damaged and needs to be replaced

Unable to Power On

Error Detail

The Dashboard Display Doesn’t Turn On When Power On the Vehicle/ The Vehicle is unable to power on after Short/Long pressing the power button

Solution

If the vehicle is unable to power on, you need to use the following procedure to troubleshoot;

Check whether the stem terminal & main control wire is connected properly, check if the terminal pin is crooked or damaged
Check if the power button is stuck/damaged.
Check whether the vehicle is properly charged, Charge for 10-20 minutes and try to power on again.
