Solution
- First, use the Navee App to connect to the scooter and check the battery temperature (the allowable charging temperature range is 0–45°C). If the battery temperature is outside this range, place the scooter indoors and let it rest for more than 30 minutes before trying to charge it again. If it still cannot be charged, the battery may be damaged and needs to be replaced. If charging resumes normally, the scooter is functioning properly and the issue is resolved.
- Plug the charger into the power outlet without connecting it to the scooter and check the charger indicator status:
- a. If the charger indicator shows a solid red light or no light, the charger is damaged and needs to be replaced.
- b. If the charger indicator shows a solid green light, the issue may be related to the battery or the scooter’s charging circuit, and the battery or charging cable may need to be replaced.
