Solution
- When a firmware upgrade fails, first ensure that the phone has a stable network connection and that Bluetooth is connected (the Bluetooth icon on the display should be solid).
- Keep the phone close to the scooter to improve Bluetooth connection stability.
- Retry the firmware upgrade. If it still fails, try reinstalling the NAVEE App, restarting the phone, or using a different phone.
